There is an online petition in Kate's name demanding that the government make funds available and the very lease implement the guidlelines outlined in the NHS and HIMH proposal document, Personality Disorders, No Longer a Diagnosis For Exclusion. (.pdf).
Justice4kate believe that if these recommendations were in place when Kate was ill she and many others would still be with us today.
